3rd day..ON A ROLL thanks to some friends!

Not going to bore you with work details but...was NOT having the best morning, had a mini meltdown of sorts. Things got a little better, and ended up leaving my office around 6:15 (early for a tuesday!). Anyway, then I made the decision..I HAD to get my butt to the gym!

I texted a friend and said "I should go and workout right now right?" (just like Elisabeth Hasselbeck did on her video - seriously youtube elisabeth hasselbeck workout..SO MOTIVATING!!!! *thanks again MSEVERLAST!) anyway, my friend responded "YES!!!! It will make you feel so much better!" and then, I also remembered CANTONIO left a comment on my friend feed when i posted yesterday about burning 715 calories, and that I had beat her by 15 calories. I posted on her page today to see if she could beat me today..so I had HER in my head then too! I also thought about my friend MASRITE who KILLS it in the gym and pictured her being on the treadmill next to me. Lordy lord, cant let the workout queen down!

Anyway, I started running/walking. I didnt have the energy I have had the past few days. I was tired, and it was my usual "dinner time" but I kept on pushing. until..I hit 5.5 miles, and 750 calories!!!! WOOOOT WOOT!

I track my food and exercise on a different site (easier bc I dont like sparks app), and I am TOTALLY on track..AGAIN! YAAAAAY!

Thanks to my friends for always being my motivation, and pushing me :) LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU GUYS!

    I wish I was next you to you on that treadmill. I ran on the treadmill and hated every minute of it. Could have use you, too!!! glad you went to the gym and burned it up (ok, really off!!).

    Atta girl! I plan on doing 2 workouts tomorrow (am and pm) since I didn't workout today.
