Accountability Tuesday January 3, 2012!

I haven't done my 2012 Goals Blog yet. I keep putting it off as I try to cement what those goals really are and how I am going to achieve them...these goals are not just fitness related but goals that encompass all areas of my life. In the meantime, I will just continuing eating as best I can and working out emoticon

    No worries and I agree that you have a great goal: being consistent! Sometimes that can be harder than starting something new. I haven't done mine either, but it's on my to do list for this week. emoticon

    Your goals don't have to start January 1st, only when you are ready. The important part is to keep your goals specific, focused and time sensitive. Be sure to start with a long term goals(longer than a year or even several months) and then make medium and short term goals that will be stepping stones to reach your long term goal. You can make 2012 the most productive of your life! :)
