After a week of "Spring Training" and learning to use SP, had my first weigh-in this morning. Down 2.8 lbs, which is 1% on the money. Getting the hang of the web site too. Observed tendency to rack up too many fats and not enough proteins. Searching for high-protein, low-fat foods.
Buckhorn hills killed me on a walk. Hopefully on the next warm day it will be better. Outdoor walking is way better than indoor, Counting songs!...
