Research pays off...

I spent last night reading and doing a little research into nutrition. It was really beneficial to learn that the majority of fat loss occurs in the kitchen. I was reading an article from BodyBuilding.com and it indicated that while there has to be committment to exercise there must also be a commitment to your work in the kitchen.
So last night I spent 2.5 hours cooking, preparing and packaging my meals for the next few days. I then woke up a little earlier to do the same again today. I really like what this life change is doind to my self discipline. I am going to stay on the same meal plan for the next 84 days, it will be tough with a trip to Disney world with the family. I will make it work. I will keep you all posted and remember DO NOT Let your work in the gym go to waste by not putting the time in the kitchen, too!
