I am back.

With almost a year lost off spark, I have gained a lot of weight back that I lost in 2009. I have learned so much though and I think now my mind is ready to get back on track I just need some encouragement and suggestions for workouts and meals for the first month. If you have any let me know! Thanks!

    Wow!!! I get what happened to you. It's happened to me so many times over the years. I admire your ability to get back on the `:wagon`` so quickly. Good for you. I have always been good at ignoring it far too long and then trying again. Wishing you success as you continue the journey. It truly is a journey. After all these many years, hundreds of pounds of weightloss, and dieting over and over I continue to learn and make changes. I am hoping this is the last time and that I get the life long part of healthy eating and exercise. But fifty some years and I am learning some key elements. Spark People site is a great source and teacher for me at times. Keep up the efforts and together we will all make the changes for life.

    In 2009 you looked great and you must be tall because you don't look anywhere near 200 pound in that picture. It is hard and right now I have weight to loose since Christmas. It is a life long job to keep healthy and that is what we have to sign on for. If we eat right and exercise we will keep ourselves where we have to be. Be strong and you can do it. Learn something new every day. God bless you always.

    Start with breakfast. Get that in order. next week work on dinner. Why dinner? Because a good dinner makes good leftovers for lunch.
    If it's cold where you are, oatmeal a good standby if that's too your liking.
    If you're paleo, primal etc, someone else will have to suggest a breakfast.

    hi love.lovely to see you.main thing is you know where you went wrong,you know what you have to do to loose weight so just do it.i can give you lots of encouragement,no fear of that love.re plans and meals etc,depends on what your work and life schedule is,what you have to work round.you can follow the basic guidelines from spark.also go to the motivation pages.click on to the pages of people who have lost the amount of weight you want to loose or more and check to see if they have their food and exercise open to the public so you can see what they are doing.also look through the popular blogs selection they often have blogs on what they have eaten or what exercise they did to loose the weight they did.also look back on what you did in 2010 ,what helped you loose the weight last time.if it worked for you once it will work again.good luck.know that i am behind you and if you need anything just let me know.remember to be active on spark people as well.it will help.you can do this love.know that you have done it before the only differance being this time it is for good. emoticon emoticon emoticon
