This holiday season I will commit to logging all that I put in my body to ensure that I don't just gain weigh, but so that I actually lose weight. Although these past two days I ate more than what I should have eaten, I realized that what I ate was similar to how I ate daily about a year and nearly 40 lbs ago. For me this means that I better understand the difference between fueling my body and gorging. I will stay within my caloric allowance this week and next weekend is my 5th half marathon for the year so I should be able to make up for this weekends overindulgences. I am also looking at joining the YMCA with my family so I can truly spread the spark. Good luck to all my fellow spark people this holiday season!
