working long hours and working out

How am I supposed to fit my workouts in??!! I took a raise where I am going to be working very long hours till the end of the year at least. I only work 4 days a week but Im at my office from about 8:30 am till 10 pm at night. Im loving the extra $$ but I cannot find time to workout. I'd rather be working 5 days a week with more normal hours per day. Im lucky to cram in a few unhealthy meals and snacks since I have no time to cook. And then by the weekend Im so exausted that I just want to lay around for the 3 days I have off. Do I need to just get motivated and deal with getting up at 6am and cramming in a workout. Get only 5 hours of sleep a night?? This is really taking a toll on me. These days are long...I can easily hire someone for the extra hours but I really need the extra $$ right now. I'll be completely out of debt by the end of the year and its really helping me towards that goal. Im unhappy with my body, I want to change it but I don't have enough hours in my day!!! Also, I don't know my neighborhood well yet, its in the middle of nowhere so I am uncomfortable with just taking off walking like I used to do at 6:30 in the morning.
