Day 8 Accountability: Made it!

Yesterday, Tuesday, November 1st, I stayed within my calorie range by 1 point, but I did it!

I let being thirsty get the better of me in the evening and added those last calories...but otherwise it was a great day. I've got plans to drink lots of water and herbal tea tonight!

I also ran and did strength training, and gave the doggie 2 walks.

    Crystal light fits the bill for me when I'm feeling a sugary drink craving. I don't drink it too much because who knows how good the artificial sweeteners are for you, but every now and then I figure it's better than a bunch of sugar!

    Impressive! I had a fairly good day ~ just couldn't say no to the $6 small pizza deal at Stefanina's. I have to have some pizza every now and then so all is well. Plans for a healthier dinner meal tomorrow night, and will get some fitness minutes in. Today, I had a 0 fitness day, my one day off from working out, but got so much accomplished at home. Good plan on the water and herbal tea. That's my plan too!
