Day 5 Accountability...A Great one!!

Saturday I made good choices all day. I worked out, but didn't over do it to compensate for over eating on Friday (I am guilty of working out too much sometimes). I stuck to my planned eating, and even had a social event later in the evening. I ate just a few tastes of the healthy foods provided as a snack. I actually was under my calories for the day by about 45 but I didn't feel at all hungry as I tracked before bed so I didn't eat. I feel like going under this once is not an issue since I've gone over so much lately!
I feel ready for today's potluck. I know that there will be lots of goodies, but I know there will be healthier choices too, I'm bringing some just in case! I plan to eat the healthy food in moderate amounts. If I feel in control, I may have a couple bites of a goodie...but I'm going to pay attention to my emotions before indulging and drink water or unsweetened tea first.
