Accountability and goals for this week

I just want to thank everyone who left me such wonderful supportive comments. I so appreciate and need the encouragement. It seems each day I have to work to over come my cravings and binge-eating. I can honestly say, although my eating is not as clean as I would like it and at times I still feel out of control, with the help I have received here I can pull myself back from the edge.
Each day I learn something else about healthy eating and making myself truly accountable for what I put in my body. I still have far to go as evidence by my food log, but I'm moving forward at least. I have also decided to set weekly goals for myself so I can keep them in to forefront of my head.
This weeks food goals:
1) Eat eggs for breakfast every other day.
2) Go three days in a row without eating chocolate (Mon, Tues, Weds)
3) Drink 2 liters of water
4) track food on Weds and weekends (it's hard to make the time when i'm home but I must)
