Day 2...

I stayed within my calories again, and was closer to the lower end!

Thursday was a harder day, lots of little irritations all day long...you know, not big things just one little irritant after another...I was a crabby girl!

I made a healthy soup for dinner, a new recipe. I baked a whole grain bread, and made whole grain cookies...and managed not to eat the entire pan!

I enjoyed 3 oz of wine after dinner...no snacking.

    Woo Hoo! Girl! Sounds delicious!! Can I come to your house? Way to go!!!! I know it's harder with more stress, but you are doing fabulous!!! You are rockin' it!!!! I don't know if this would help, but I always carry a small bottle of lavender spray with me. And when something annoys me, I go to a bathroom and spray it on my wrists, where your pulses are, and smell it, and it does help with stress. Very soothing. But I salute you girl!!!
