I stayed within my calories again, and was closer to the lower end!
Thursday was a harder day, lots of little irritations all day long...you know, not big things just one little irritant after another...I was a crabby girl!
I made a healthy soup for dinner, a new recipe. I baked a whole grain bread, and made whole grain cookies...and managed not to eat the entire pan!
I enjoyed 3 oz of wine after dinner...no snacking.
