I'm doing a challenge that challenged us to take a picture of EVERYTHING that we ate. I thought it was interesting so I chose to participate. I took all the pictures with my cell phone camera.

5:30am Slim Fast w/ 125gm frozen banana and 140gm frozen strawberries (yes I measure in ounces and grams!!!)


8:30am 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds


10:30am 1/2 cup Egg beaters with 1 wedge swiss light laughing cow cheese wedge (with added pepper and italian spices). 2 small Kroger's brand turkey sausage


1:30pm Tuna Salad (3 ounce tuna, 1 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp dill relish, 1/2 small roma tomato, 1/3 hardboiled egg white, 2 Tbsp chopped celery) on top of 1 slice toasted Nature's Own Whitewheat bread and 1 slice Sargento reduced fat colby jack cheese on top, Pringles Honey Baked Wheat Sticks, 3 oz cherry tomatoes, 37gm sliced strawberries (DS only left me 3 small strawberries)


3:45pm 57gm apple slices w/ 1 serving PB2 (2 Tbsp dry PB2 with 1 Tbsp water), Kellog's Chocolate Chip Antioxidante Fiber Bar (similar to Fiber One bar)


7pm Veggie Burger (Nature's Own Sandwich Rounds, mustard, 3 pickles, Boca original vegan burger); 3 oz Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs; 1 Tbsp ketchup


9:45 8 oz skim milk and Chocolate Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich


So that was my day. My calorie range is 1640 to 1990. Today I had approximately 1679 calories. Carb Range is 213-307. Today I had 268 carbs. Fat range is 42-74 but I only got in 37 today. Protein range is 60-165. Today I had 101 gms.
