Note to cereal / oatmeal eaters: Even if the date for the milk's freshness is still within range, you won't enjoy breakfast if there isn't enough of it.
Another note: If you just did a lot of rowing and strength training, that container of milk just might seem heavy enough to fill the bowl... but it's worth double checking.
Ah, well. I had leftover quinoa and lentil salad for breakfast instead. I covered up the oatmeal (it will keep in the fridge) and will have it tomorrow. With coffee. Because I am buying milk after work.
Today is already SO much better from a planned workout perspective. I rowed - the most since my knee surgery; woohoo! - did my Power of 10 ST and started Week 4 in the 200 Squat challenge. As I mentioned to my SparkPal BUBLEH, I'll need to keep away from my desk today lest I stiffen up and become one with the chair!
