Day Four to Day Five

Today, I needed less plan. I tracked my food - stayed in range - and did my 200 Situp Challenge for the Day, but I just had no energy for working out. I had other plans in the morning and, really, just didn't have much left for a workout at the end of the day.
I decided not to dwell on it or feel guilty. I spent the evening taking care of a few things around the house and generally taking it easy. Tomorrow I'll resume my morning routine and (hopefully) all will be right in the world.
