Day Three to Day Four

More log-style stuff:
The calories went well yesterday, even with a bit of wine with dinner. We eat a bit 'bigger' on the weekends, but typically just two meals and a small snack.
Today I walked to the pet food store and the Farmer's Market. I'm already mourning the close of the growing season! I walked for over an hour and schlepped my purchases for the majority of the time.
I still need to do my squats challenge workout today. I'm supposed to do ST today, too, but my legs feel like lead. Since tomorrow is my "Variety" workout AND I have have plans in the morning, I'll mix it up by working out after work and do my ST at that time.
Tonight's dinner is not the healthiest - my husband is smoking ribs - but we will certainly enjoy it!
