(I don't know that these will be terribly interesting to read. I just figured that I post and see where this effort leads me.)
Big dose of reality - yep
Recognized big need to change - uh-hunh
Researched and gathered info to build the plan - check
Did W3C2D1 numbers for the 200 Squats challenge, bowled that evening, calories within range.
Alarm Cat and I woke up ready for action - woohoo!
Ran 30 minute interval workout on elliptical, followed by five minute cooldown-ish run - felt super strong!!
Made a point of walking a few times today, including stairs, and took a longer route home - wahoo!
Will do (in the next 30 minutes or so) initial check for 200 Situp Challenge
Brown rice, edemame and leftover chicken planned for dinner - yum!
Set out workout clothes for tomorrow; the plan is rowing 2000 meters, followed by Power of 10 strength workout
Quiet evening with the cats since chores are done; woohoo!
ETA: Will take a few minutes to plot out remainder of month with cardio / intervals, ST, situps and squats workouts. I love making lists and plans!!
