Start out with 10 minutes of cardio each day and work up to 30 minutes 4 x week
Rotate upper, core, and lower body strength training 6 days each week
Log my food into the food tracker.
Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Support the team by checking in and replying to posts at least every other day.
Be consistent
