My First Videoblog!!

Wednesday, September 07, 2011

Yay my first one, haha. It is a little awkward and disorganized but I did it so I am happy :P Please forgive the look, I just woke up and am about to go exercise. For the first time in forever. Thanks for watching!

And what a creepy screenshot! Haha not trying to scare everyone.

Also sorry for the random loud noises, I was fidgety. Next time I won't tap on my computer... haha!

Girlfriend I have been waiting for this blog for EVER and you know it!

You are so adorable, I love it!!! BTW I usually take a couple takes too :) Waterfall sounds so fun- but I'm glad you made it out alive hehe, those cliffs sound dangerous. I can SOOOOOOOO relate to seeing pictures and realizing- WHAT? that's ME?! It sucks, and I TOTALLY know it, I really do. This was such an honest blog Kayla, I was tearing up :( It's exactly how I feel, really and truly. I know that the camera is a huge reality check, especially candid pictures. but we can use them as starting pictures, right?

I am here for you, every step of the way. 1lb a week, ok? If not, then half a pound a week. WE WILL DO THIS TOGETHER.

    I'm so glad you VLOGGED!!

Cheer up!! You have a lot to be thankful for with the first thing being that you have realized the problem when you are young and that it the best time to make changes in your life. Secondly, getting thinner and more healthy will make you feel so much better and avoid health problems that come with being overweight in time. I wish that I had been as smart as you while I was still young.

You do look great! You have to keep your positive attitude. No matter what people think, it's what you think that counts the most. If you're ready to make a change, then it'll be tough but so worth it. People don't say things to you because they love you for who you are. Unfortunately, we're our own worst critics. Make the change and don'r be ashamed of yourself. Be determined and excited about the new you that coming! Good luck! emoticon
