Four weeks until half-marathon.

I am starting to get nervous and a little scared. I have four weeks of training until the half-marathon. I have been working hard with diet and exercise hoping to have more weight off before this run. Unfortunately that has not happened. My doctor said I need to change up my exercise. I told him that I could not do that until after this run. I just want to run from the start to the finish. I am realistic, I will not be fast. I am just too heavy still to be fast. I just want to do good.
