Lost the Recent Big Weight Gain

A couple of weeks ago I got on the scale and I was so unhappy to find that I was the heaviest I had been since I started my weight loss journey almost 6 years ago I could feel it especially in my waist A lot of it was fluid. For some reason my legs and fingers had blown up.
To take care of that I put my feet up and used icepacks and cut way back on sodium. Then I made the decision. My basic goal was to make sure I listed everything I ate everyday and to make sure I would get at least 15 minutes of activity a day. Made use of Wii dance and the Walking Away the Pounds DVD. Today I got on the scale and I'm right back where I started from. Which is a good place to be.
