admitting defeat, day 6

emoticon what a day!!!!!!

I worked a double last night (10p-1p today) and got a little off track. Nothing HUGE, but I haven't tracked the damage yet. I will say, when I went to get coffee during my lunch break, I wasn't hungry so didn't eat, figured I'd eat @ home after work. That was my first breakthrough, not eating lunch just because it's a lunch break emoticon, AND resisting ordering 2 cookies with my coffee emoticon

Now being sleep deprived has it's own challenge, I tend to crave carbs when that happens so I tried to counteract with water and jolly rancher candies. The biggest problem with today is it's 22 hours long, waking so the likelyhood of an extra meal/snack is a guarantee.

No worries, I did have 2 victories @ lunch.

Today's goal is just to own what I ate and track it, then pre-track for tomorrow.

I've got to say, for the first time in a while, I'm looking forward to Sunday's WI.
