admitting defeat, day 5

Yesterday sort of got away from me, when I tallied up my "eats" after waking (night shift) in the afternoon I had about 200 calories left for the day.
So...I sucked it up, got to some housework, indoors and out and drank water. Dinner was a fiber one brownie and cup of coffee in order to stay within calorie range. But I did make a big ole salad to take to work and eat at midnight
I ate the salad @ midnight then only fell prey to a popsicle in the morning before leaving work. I had planned a greek yogurt for that time but forgot to bring it.
Tonight will be another work night, so planning meal/snack is a must. I forgot how good it felt to be in control, not feel guilt for snacking my way through the night.
Having had 3 days of falling withing my calorie range makes me feel like I can actually stick with this...again.
Today's goals....pre-track my meals/snacks.
