Turbo Fire week 4-5 review

I know I usually blog every week, but I've gotten a little behind.
I finished week 4 strong with Turbo Fire. Last time I blogged, my weight was 137 so I was shooting for 136 at the end of week 4. Well, got on the scale and I was down to 134.4!!!! I was like, What?!?! But, I'll take it! I think all this working out and tracking what I eat is starting to catch up.
I started week 5 strong...but fell off the wagon last week for the FIRST time in 5 weeks. I only worked out to Turbo 3 times last week! Instead of 6. So I get a 50% on workouts. I also did not log into myfitnesspal at all last week to track my eating.
Luckily, my weight didn't change that much. It is fluctuating right now between 134-136. Which is normal for me. My weight is always up or down by 2 pounds.
But, I gotta get back on track. I already started logging my food today on myfitnesspal. Started off the day with my shakeology...so I am back at it. The main thing is to not beat myself up over not really having a good week last week. It happens. In the past, that would have derailed me and I would feel like giving up. But, I think the weight loss is what is helping me to feel like it is OK, and I can just pick back up this week. WHICH I am doing!! Sometimes, life happens and you just need a little break. As long as the break isnt' TOO long and you pick back up!
So, my goals for this week are:
Workout to Turbo Fire 6 days.
Track food on myfitnesspal
Stay at 1500 calories per day or under
Lose 1 pound
