Motivation

I would like to find the motivation to start acheiving more in life. I spend so much time worrying about things I get nothing done. I'm not sleeping well at the moment so it is making me less inclined to get on in the day.

I'm going to get some work done now that is hanging over me and go to bed for 7 hours then get up and walk off some stress.

    Otherwise, make a plan for the day and do it... nothing more, nothing less. Repeat the process, different plan, different day. One day at a time.

    Motivation starts within you. Set yourself small goals and take one day, hour or even minute at a time. Remember it doesn't matter if you fail or slack off for awhile, the important thing is to start again and stay focus. Tell yourself that you are the most important person in the world and that whatever you decide to do will be for your personal satisfaction. One day at a time!!! emoticon
