Those Morning Workouts.

Don't you think that all of those morning work outs are such a pain sometimes? You know that when you do them that you feel much better afterwards but as you are getting up in the morning all groggy and your eyes are sleepy, you say to yourself all of the excuses that you can put into your head that morning. That is when you need to get your butt out of bed and work out no matter how sleepy you are or tired. Mornings are not my strong points. I like it when I am up in the afternoon though and start working out then, but it is not like the morning workouts. Mornings are the best to work out because you have no food inside you and your just waking up. Your body has little time to rest when you just hop out of bed instead of just laying there for a little bit. Your body goes through a lot during the day and when you make that morning work out that is something to be proud of.
We all are sometimes in a hurry in the mornings and sometimes we don't feel like doing a work out. What we have to remind ourselves is that we have a long term goal to get to. And our weight loss is more important then sleeping in for a few minutes. Just get out of bed and tell yourself that you are going to make that work out no matter what happens no matter how tired you are and no matter what goes inside that little head of yours. You will do what you want when you tell yourself that you can. I am going to survive this journey no matter how long it takes me, no matter how hard it is to do those morning workouts. Even when I feel like giving up I can say to myself why should I do that? There is nothing wrong with resting one day then picking up your work out the next day. Just let yourself know that giving up is not an option. Thanks for reading and hope you liked the blog.
