I have now been Sparking for 3 weeks. I have lost 12 pounds and am feeling miles better than I have in ages. I still feel a bit daunted by the fact that I have another 40 pounds to lose-but I'm trying to remember that it's not as much about losing the weight as it is about changing my life. The most important thing is to be healthy by making life long changes for the good of my family and myself. Each day I am learning new things about myself-reasons why I ate unhealthily. I never realised what an emotional eater I can be. It's not always easy to change habits that have been part of my life since I was young, but I know I will be better as a result of the changes I need to make. I feel that this site is a very powerful tool for anyone looking to change. To anyone taking the time to read this entry-if I can help you in anyway, let me know. All the very best to you. X
