Gym for over a month and haven't lost an ounce

Started Planet Fitness June 18th 2011 - workout is treadmill with light jog, fast walk for half hour and just added machines for 20 min. Haven't lost anything, My son lost 10 lbs already - trying to stick with it but it is frustrating working so hard and not losing

    I found that I did better if I ate something after I worked out, BUT make sure it is something planned that you eat after a a big drink, high carb and high protein snack.
