I think I found my secret!

My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks. I am on week 2 and so far I have lost 1 pound.
I was 138 last Sunday and wanted to be 137 this Sunday. But, I don't see that happening since I just weighed myself and was 138.6.
But, the good news is that I have figured out my secret.
On Wednesday I weighed myself and I was 141. I was like, "WHAT?!?"
I know it wasn't actually pounds...but I started thinking about what I had been doing this past week. I have stayed consistent with my turbofire, have not missed one workout.
So, guess what it is? EATING!
I tried an experiement.
Have you heard the saying, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper." ??? Well, I thought to myself, I wonder if I eat most of my calories before dinner and have a really light dinner if I will see a change in the scale?
Guess what? It worked!!!
So, this week's goal is to continue with my turbofire workouts! Really proud of myself for working out 2 weeks straight, 6 days a week. AND, eat my lightest meal at night. Which will be a struggle for me because that is when I am my hungriest. I even have healthy snacks in between meals to curb my hunger. But I think being hungriest at dinner is more out of habit. Mind over matter. Because the other night when I tried my experiment, I was REALLY hungry. But I made myself eat something small. And you know what? It satisfied me! I wasn't stuffed when I got done, but I wasn't starving either. AND I felt good that I diciplined myself through it.
So that, is my secret. Everyone is different. I am going to experiement with this secret all this week and see what the scale says next weekend.
