Week 1 TurboFire/Shakeology complete, 1 pound loss!!!

Just wanted to log real quick that I have completed all of week 1 turbofire. Also have been having at least 1 shakeology as a meal replacement (usually dinner) all week.
I have also been tracking my eating on myfitnesspal.com I have done OK on calories this week...but still can do better. I am trying to limit my calories to 1500 a day. A couple days I went over that, but I did work out 6 days this week.
I will be weighing in either on Sunday or Monday mornings. My goal is to lose 1 pound per week with a total weight loss of 20 pounds in 20 weeks. Goal date is November 29.
I lost 1 pound! Last week my starting weight was 139.5. Today the scale said 138.4
Goals for this coming week are: Do all TurboFire workouts for this week. & improve on eating, limiting calories to 1500 daily.
