Setting daily goals....time to do a new thing!

So, I'm stuck. I'm in really good shape, particularly considering where I started. But I've been stuck on this plateau so long I'm considering it my new starting point. So, I'm back to stage 1, restarting an exercise regimen and shaking it up. Although I probably walk 4-5 miles a day or more with the dog, my body's no longer impressed. It's time to do me.
Today's goal-only good food. We got started with a delightful breakfast, my young chef son and I....
toasted English muffin, 1/2 avocado, 2 oz smoked nova, 2 large scrambled egg, iced coffee with skim milk, no sugar (I'm sweet enough) and a cup of cantaloupe cubes. I've already walked 1.7 miles with the dog this morning, and I'll be back to log my later workouts.
I'm doing me all over again.
