5% pounds + 5% inches!

I'm copying another Sparker's awesome blog where she challenged herself to lose 5% of her body's "size" in the 8 weeks of the 5% weight challenge. I'm definitely in for that!

July 7 measurements:

Arm = 10.5 inches
Goal = 10 inches

Chest = 37 inches
Goal = 35.25 inches

Upper waist = 33 inches
Goal = 31.5 inches

Lower waist = 40.5 inches
Goal = 38.5 inches

Hips = 42 inches
Goal = 40 inches

Upper leg = 22.5 inches
Goal = 21.25 inches

*Beginning measurements were taken by my bootcamp coach. I'll ask her to do them again in eight weeks, on September 9th.

    I love that idea!!! I will have to keep this in mind for a fall challenge...I am past due on getting measured, and maybe seeing some updated numbers will be further motivation to keep working hard! Good luck!!! emoticon
