Redoubling efforts

I am not lazy, but I keep losing track of my goals, both personally and in business. I am always so tired anymore. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Write those goals down! I am a checklist junkie and it really helps me stay focused.

    For today, personally:
    1. Stick to eating planned meals and snacks
    2. Drink water - more since it's hot out
    3. Get to 10,000 steps

    For work:
    1. Clear email box
    2. Catch up on filing
    etc.

    It's very gratifying to strike something off my to do list!

    Pin your goals up where you can see them - both short (today, this week) and long-term (this month, this year, forever!)

    As for tiredness, there are three big solutions :
    1. Eat right. Adequate nutrition fuels you for the day.
    2. Drink water. Dehydration makes you tired.
    3. Exercise! Many days when I'm feeling tired, the last thing I want to do is exercise. But getting out for a walk or a bike ride usually leaves me feeling less tired.

    Amazing how these coincide with my goals for the day, isn't it?
