Another Hacker's Graph. UGGG, what happened??

Here is my latest graph, this time from "The Hacker's Diet Online". www.fourmilab.ch

This is not what I was hopping to see at this point. emoticon

That "flat spot" is really tossing a wrench into my goal of 235 by July 15th!

The best thing I can say is "at least I was maintaining, not gaining!"

It looks like I have things heading in the right direction now though.

I'll probably never be sure what happened, as I have been neglecting to track my food intake, and exercise, for some time now. I'll have to get back to doing that again soon! emoticon

    Tracking certainly helps you to be able to review what might be the cause from high sodium intake (causing water retention). Then again you can plateau and just need to shake things up a little. there are lots of suggestions out there to shake things up a little...give some of them a whirl.
