DIY - Down Dog Days of Summer, Days 1 & 2

Small change from planned...did a 30 min walk yesterday with mom
(plus a bonus 38 minute walk WHILE doing field work, sweet). Today I got up and did my 52 minutes of Yoga Conditioning for Women with Suzanne Deason
. Then a 6 min ab workout from my Abs Diet for Women DVD
. Then after Abe left for work I did Turbo Fire 55EZ with weighted gloves
. I'm sweaty, and tired, and strangely...pumped. I did it. Good couple of days. Diet...eh...at least I'm recording, so a step up for me, but not looking too healthy so far.
My biggest problem mentally today, is I want to get the scale out. I weighed yesterday and saw a lower number than normal...cool...but I do not want to go back to weighing everyday and getting frustrated when it goes up and down and around...KEEP THE EFFING SCALE IN THE CABINET.
Now, change, take the dog out, and go to the in-laws and have some fun.
