My Declaration of Independence

Saturday, July 02, 2011

When we are born, we are born free. For the most part. As we get older, we have restrictions and judgments and tons of crap piled on us everyday and so we are no longer free. I am now taking back my freedom! Taking back what is rightfully mine!

emoticon I am free from talking and thinking negative thoughts about my body.

emoticon I am free from the lures of fast food and the lies it offers.

emoticon I am free from the shackles of laziness.

emoticon I am free from the hypnotic gaze of the TV.

emoticon I am free from thinking I can't eat creative and healthy meals on a limited budget.

emoticon I am free from being scared of failing.

emoticon I am free from being scared of actually losing weight.

What are you free from today?

Great post! If you ever want good and healthy and cheapo recipes, hit me up. R has been unemployed for over 2 yrs now (26 months, to be exact), and I eat healthier than anyone I know (and my salary is crap!). xo
