My Challenge Name: Thunder Thighs
My Starting Weight: 230.8
Four Other Things I Will Be Measuring During This Challenge & Their Stats:
1. Waist = 42.5"
2. Hips = 52.5"
3. Left arm = 15 3/8"
4. Left thigh = 28"
If I am going to be 100% honest, the reason I'm doing this challenge is because I'm tired of feeling fat all the time.
I feel the reason I have not been progressing as well as I hoped is because I didn't try hard enough and I didn't want it bad enough.
This time I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that I'm ready for it and that I want it bad!!
I'm scared of disappointing myself.
I want to kick my own ass on a regular basis. (But not in a bad way!)
But I have faith in me and my abilities even if I don't have faith in my willpower.
And this time I WILL NOT QUIT BECAUSE I CAN'T!!!!!! No but for realz, I won't quit because I need something to get my ass in gear and get off the damn couch.
My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. a cute white skirt that I'm dying to wear to work and can't fit into
2. to see that look in E's eyes when he looks at me again.
3. dazzling my brother and his girlfriend with how much weight I've lost when I see them in October
4. going shopping in non-plus departments
5. getting tattoos on my legs and feeling confident enough to show them off
The best way to motivate me is to ask me how my eating and exercising is going.
The best way I can motivate myself is to surround myself with positive images and positive affirmations as well as a visual showing me how well I'm doing.
