Coaching Growth in Teens

My only senior on the high school team is so disappointed we were knocked out in the first round. She played varsity as a freshman and has played in the state divisionals for four years.

I have coached this year about growth and acceptance.

My prayers is that a college athlete she will understand just how lucky of a young lady she has been to play with a team that grew with her and then this year she had lead. With her full ride to a Midwest Big Ten University.

This reflection is because acceptence is the hardest thing I struggle with.
