Back at it

Well these past few weeks have been hard! I got food poisoning 3 weeks ago and then caught the flu virus going around so I was out from work for a week. I took a break from any exercise for one week and this is the week where I need to get back at it.
Today is Tuesday, June 7, 2011 and I plan on going to Turbo Kick by my house and then again on Thursday by my work. I'm gonna go walking with my work walk group and see how I feel from there. When it rains it pours, but when the storm is over; gotta hop back on the train!
I don't come on here as much as I would like but I'm glad its not blocked from my work so I can blog when I have time. Summer is here, and I remember making goals that I wanted to lose some weight for summer and be comfortable with my weight and go to the beacj. I'm not your Bikini wearing girl, but a bathing suit and a sarong would be nice. We shall see!
My co-workers that I walk with are very motivating and I like to feed off of their energy and motivation; it really helps. Let's hope this week brings me back up to par.
