I am back! Yay!
For the past month I have been in Tennessee for work. We basically worked 14 hour days, every day except Sunday when we worked an 8 hour day. Needless to say, no working out was done and the eating was very very bad! But, I am home now, so it is time to get back at it. My husband and I have been talking and we have decided that we would like to start trying for a baby in the fall, so I have 3 beautiful summer months to do my part and lose some weight!
June 1 Starting Weight: 229.6 (Yikes!
Before I left for Tennessee, I was doing really well with eating clean. I felt so good, so I want to get back on track -
- Clean eating at 85%
- 3 small meals and 3 snacks with an eye on portion sizes.
- water water water!
I haved adopted the motto that my friends cant hand out with me unless we are doing something active
. The past 2 days it has worked out very well and I have spent over 4 hours walking in the park! Turns out some of my friends liked the idea and are adopting it too!
- Cardio 6 days per week
- strength training 3 days per week
- 1 fitness class per week
My goal is to lose 40lbs in the next 4 months. I know I can do it if I can keep myself motivated!
