Off track but still losing

With all the moving I had been doing I got off track with the actual P90X workout. However, I have been staying on the diet! I'm almost up to 10 pounds lost so far. It always seems like such a road block or mental block to start back working out once you have stopped but I did start back today. I have to say though that it's helpful having such a supportive girlfriend to help get you through your days and help to motivate you. Even if she doesn't know she is doing it. =]
I decided that since I got off track that I would start the entire program over from the start. So after my relaxing by the pool yesterday for a couple of hours working on a tan and hanging out with some friends it's time to Bring It!
So here's to a good workout and staying motivated!
