I restarted the program that I had started from Prevention magazine. I am on day 3 and have lost 4 lbs. I probably shouldn't be so excited about it but I am starting to feel better again. I am making me the priority, and I know that my kids are a little upset about it, but I am taking care of their father too. I started stretching properly after talking to my husband's physical therapist about my problem with walking and he showed me the proper way to stretch before exercising. I had no idea I was doing it wrong. Oh well. It's easier now to do the walking and I'm not getting the pain in and around my ankle like I had been. I think it's also helping that I am taking better care of my feet. I am also stretching properly after strength training now too.
I think the warrior goddess is back. Look out world!
