Well, I've been a member of a gym for exactly 5 days now and I LOVE it!! I took my first class today and it kicked my butt!!!
But, I had a GREAT time! I'll admit, it was a little embarrassing, since I'm what you might call "dance challenged" but it was fun! I'm looking forward to trying it again!
I am struggling with eating habits though
I just want to eat EVERYTHING! Lol. I have drastically cut my calorie intake and I think my body is just now starting to notice it. The first few days seemed really easy, maybe too easy. Today, I've just felt hungry ALL day! But I think I'm doing alright. I really love the nutrition tracker here on spark, it helps so much!!
I'm excited to start seeing results. I know the only way to do that is to keep up what I've been doing and I'll be looking and feeling great in no time!
