What a workout

Did my Tae-bo and some boxing on the wii, and I tell you what that wii boxing will make you sweat!!! I was pouring with sweat after playing 12 rounds, I played some yesterday to and my sides are sore and I know I'm gonna be very sore tomorrow. So I guess I can consider wii boxing a workout all on its own. I think I'm gonna start back doing pilates I had fun with that last year.
I'm proud to say that I've kept up with my trackers in a notebook but haven't been able to do so online but thats gonna change this week cause thanx to all the info here on sparkpeople it can keep up with it better than I can. I was thinking if I put it all on here and print out everything I type into my trackers here I could keep it in a binder for when I do I get to goal weight I can look through my binder and see all the hard work I put into my journey. Thats one thing. I haven't figured out yet if you can look at previous dates on here of what you did and stuff like that. Surely there is a way.
I sadly report that my fiancee and I are having some problems I won't go into the details but I hope we can work it out and get through it so we can go on with our wedding plans cause as of now I've put a hault to them.
Other than that I'm doing pretty good. And I'm back in love with exercise!!!!
