Because we haven't had a car in a long time I have to either take the bus, or walk. Since money is usually an issue, I walk almost everywhere. I just don't understand with all the walking I do, how I could gain this much weight since April. I am having trouble doing the interval training program that I am trying because of a weak ankle. But I will keep on trying. This weight has to come off. I am making more of an effort now to do the strength training. It's funny though, how I used to love working out with weights when I was younger, but I really hate them now. Hmm?!?

Well, anyway, because of my weird schedule I skipped the morning workout, but I went uptown yesterday to do some business, and I walked there as usual. So like I said, even when I'm not exercising, I am just to do what I have to. LOL.

    I know how hard it is to do certain exercises when you have joint issues, I have ehler danlos type 1 and some exercises have my joints popping like mad and I can be in pain for days. But once you learn what works well and what to avoid its a lot easier. Keep it up, I definitely recommend strength training and pilates is great for working out your muscles without the weights too (and easier on the joints). Try starting small and you'll soon get into the habit of mixing your cardio with strength exercises. Money is an issue to me too so I use my wii ea active, and exercisetv.tv has plenty of free workouts..which really are a workout..some of them push me to the limits and back again!!. emoticon
