I became lazy using my nutrition because of my laziness I gained 3 pounds. So, now I am back to my nutrition tracker. I felt that I let myself down.

At this time I am on my blog trying to fight my hunger pains. I want to eat what I can find. So, I decided to get on Spark people to fight my urges to eat. I am cooking my lunch at this time. I want to eat at a certain time to keep the hours between supper short. Well thanks for listening and have a great day! emoticon

    Those hungry moments are bad, have a pre prepared snack with you for those danger times (a tub of grapes or a small apple are great). I have jsut about sorted those ties out and it took me years. Keep at it, you will get ther ein the end. emoticon
