Coasting on healthy highway..

Tuesday, May 24, 2011

I'm feelin pretty good. I'm actually feeling lighter and the tummy isnt sticking out too much. Thats progress!!!! I finally feel like I'm on a roll, with the windows down cruising on healthy highway.

Today wasnt too bad of a work day. It was longer than I would have liked and hotter in the facility, but its now my second day in a row that the facility was friendly - SCORE!

I did just fine with my eating, and even had a think thin PB bar in the car as my 'reward' (seriously SUCH a delicious bar! and 0g sugar).

Get home and mom is cooking dinner. What is she cooking? Pasta with alfredo sauce. Umm no thank you! So instead, I cooked chicken, broccoli and zuchinni..WHAT! Who is this girl?! The girl that is tired of being in the high 140's and 150's thats who!

Now, I am just going to have a mellow night.. Not much else to say.

2 days UNTIL TATTOO!!!!!

And, since I have had several comments about the tattoo, here is the "back story". I am going in on thursday to get it filled in.. www.sparkpeople.com/mypa

I love your Tattoo story and symbolism. How exciting you do sound like you are zipping along right now, but don't put it on cruise and forget to focus that is when we tend to slip up - when we are thinking we are doing great and nothing can throw us off track.

I just read the back story blog. Neat! I like the significance of filling in the heart. Sounds like you have turned corner here, and that's good!
