Time for the Weekend

Its FRIDAY-HOORAY! I'm one of those people that does very well during the week with my eating and exercise, but as soon as the weekend comes, its crazee! I get side tracked and if my fmaily goes to a restaurant, I'll usualyl get chicken and salad, but its the snacking in between that gets the best of me..ught! I gotta be better at that and have some CONTROL!
Last night i went to my Turbo Kick Class and I'm glad I go. Its a good way to keep me moving and get my exercise. I need to make time to go to the gym from Mon-Friday, but for right now I'm managing Tues, Thursdays for Turbo Kick. On the other days I try to walk around the track, but when things come up it kind of puts a damper in my schedule. So, that will be the goal for next to make more time for the gym and eat right over the weekends. GOOD LUCK!
