YAY I actually got 25 spark points this morning when I spun that extra points wheel. So cool Any time I've ever spun that thing I get everything less than 3 lol

So I get up this morning and did 50 minutes of Tae-bo then went for a 2 mile walk so I gathered that I burned about 800 cals. I'll have to calculate it but I had a big breakfast so that got burned off.

I'm going to a family fun day thing with my mom and dad this afternoon, should be fun, but I've been so many times that I don't really look forward to it no more but I love when I can win prizes. They have games like bingo, horseshoes, and all kinds of other games. I'm looking forward to playing bingo!!!! What I'm not looking forward to is the food choices. They are gonna have hamburgers, chips, hotdogs and icecream. I think what I will do is eat lunch here at home but that won't do any good cause the event starts at 3 pm and I eat lunch around 12. So I think I'll take some healthy snacks with me and bends they will have water there I won't have to worry about not having any.

After I get home I thought about doing kickboxing but I think I'll refrain from that today and just go for a walk. we'll have to see how I feel this evening. Cause I'll be over there from 12 to atleast 6. Thats alot of walking. But atleast it'll do me some good, Its not gonna be hot outside either so thats an extra plus.

Ok enough rambling I'm out for now. I'm falling back in love with Sparkpeople!!! You guys are the greatest.
