Today, I decide to split my meals into mini meals, so I can feel like I am not depriving myself of food. This morning I had a yogurt and a banana for breakfast and for brunch I had a peanut better on 1 wheat toast. Then for lunch I ate a strawberry smoothie, which made me full. Then I had baked potato for a snack. Then for supper I had a nice meal. I feel much better today. I didn't feel if I was starving. Now, today I was so sore I couldn't do any exercises. But, I did mange to walk for 20 minutes. Tomorrow I will go to the gym.
