I feel great!

I started doing exercises, turbo jam, i love it, im still trying to get it down pat, but it is the
first program that i have stuck too. I have been exercising for almost 4 wks as of tomorrow
I feel so much better about myself. and i can tell that i am losig. I am not going by the scales
completely i measured myself. You really sweat doing turbo jam.
I have been also logging in what i eat. I have one problem though, i cant get enough food in
I also have a coach on beachbody.com. she is great! I know i am going to do it this time.
The only way is forward no more going backwards.
My husband is very suportive. I wish he would do it with me.
But that is ok. I can do it!
I have to lose around 60 lbs. I cant wait till i get fit.
One day at a time.

    emoticon Press play every day!!!! I take pictures and weigh tomorrow too. So we're both on the same schedule. Good luck with the 30 day weigh, measure and pics. And keep up the great work!
